Job Description:
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth for Mariotics Technologies Private Limited. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, networking events, and social media.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to understand their business needs and challenges.
- Develop and present tailored solutions to prospective clients that align with their goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, pricing strategies, and sales presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and revenue forecasts using CRM software.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to handle objections and overcome challenges.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
